Utax CD1018

- Click the 'system menu' button to the right of the keyboard display
- Use arrow keys to scroll down to counter check, click ok
- Scroll down to printed pages, click ok
- Scroll down to option 4 so that Total is displayed

Utax CD1016 CD1116 CD1216

- Press and hold the stop clear key for 6 seconds
note. the total may be displayed as 2 sets of 3 numbers

Utax CD1030

- Press 'Default Setting/Counter' button in the middle of the keypad
- Press 'counter check' on the touch screen
- Read the total of the screen or print the report

Utax CD1120

- Press the 'System Menu/Counter' button on top left of keypad
- Scroll down to counter check, press ok
- Scroll down to output, press ok
- Screen shows copy and printer counts, take note of both

Utax CD1230 CD1240 CD1250 CD1330

- Press 'Counter' button on top left of keypad
- Screen should show printed pages (monochrome)

Utax CDC1625 CDC1725

- Press 'Counter' button on top left of keyboard
- Screen shows all info in a table take a printout or note the following info
- Black and White total
- Full Colour total
- Single Colour total (usually 0)

Olivetti D-copia 300

- Press 'Default Setting/Counter' button in the middle of the keypad
- Press 'counter check' on the touch screen
- Read the total of the screen or print the report

Olivetti MF200

- Press the 'System Menu/Counter' button on top left of keypad
- Scroll down to counter check, press ok
- Scroll down to output, press ok
- Screen shows copy and printer counts, take note of both

Olivetti D-colour MF25

- Default Counter button on top left of keyboard
- Print report or take note of colour and mono copys
